Indy rockers, you missed a crazy good one! The Mars Volta tore up the Egyptian Room with a mind-blowing concert. Never heard of them? No sweat! Their music is a wild mix of rock, Latin, and just plain weirdness (in a good way!).

Let's face it, country music wasn't exactly on my regular playlist rotation. But there was something undeniable about the buzz surrounding Ashley McBryde's "Devil I Know" tour kicking off in Indianapolis. Maybe it was the sea of cowboy boots and Stetsons flooding into the Old National Center, the palpable excitement crackling in the air, or the unexpected pink "Put Your Bra On" shirts I saw driving in. Whatever the reason, I found myself swept up in the current, curious to see what this country music phenomenon was all about.
